                              Welcome to Sexuality Education and Counselling ACT. Our mission is to facilitate good sexual health, through sexual counselling, therapy and education, to individuals and couples searching for a healthy and pleasurable sexual life. A healthy sex life is an important part of an intimate relationship and overall health and wellbeing.

                              We offer help on all aspects of human sexuality and have a particular interest in empowering parents and young persons to deal with concerns related to Sexual Development, Safe Sex, Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs), HIV/AIDS, Sexual Orientation, Relationships and Negotiating Consent.

                              Many individuals and couples struggle with their dissatisfying sex life for years without finding an answer  to their problems. They may feel unhappy, insecure, alone, ashamed, 'abnormal' or even uninformed/unskilled.

                              Sexuality Education and Counselling ACT was created by a sexologist in order to provide support to you. Sex counselling/therapy allows people to improve, enrich and enhance their sexual life and/or relationship.
